Synergy has bought back 33% of Series BO-01 bonds, the company reported. The issuer bought back 992,559 bonds at par. The issuer paid RUB 993.59m including accrued interest. The issuer sold Series BO-01 bonds on 7 October 2010. The buyback was settled on 8 October 2012.
