FFMS registers bond placement report of Mortgage Agent of AHML 2011-1

The FFMS registered a placement report on Class А1/11, А2/11 and B/11 mortgage-backed bonds of Mortgage Agent of AHML 2011-1 on January 12. ZAO Mortgage Agent of AHML 2011-1 sold mortgage-backed bonds on the MICEX on December 21. Class A1/22 blonds are due February 15, 2044. The bonds were bought by VEB Capital and VEB. The issue has state registration number 4-01-74103-Н dated 01.12.2011. The issuer sold 2,258,000 bonds at RUR1,000 per bond. The issuer also sold 1,129,000 Class А2/11 bonds (state registration number 4-02-74103-Н dated 01.12.2011) and 377,569 Class B/11 bonds (state registration number 4-03-74103-Н dated 01.12.2011) through private offering.
