ZAO Mortgage Agent of AHML 2011-1 sold mortgage-backed bonds on the MICEX on December 21. Class A1/22 blonds are due February 15, 2044. The bonds were bought by VEB Capital and VEB. The issue has state registration number 4-01-74103-Н dated 01.12.2011. The issuer sold 2,258,000 bonds at RUR1,000 per bond. The issuer also sold 1,129,000 Class А2/11 bonds and 377,569 Class B/11 bonds through private offering. The par value per bond is RUR1,000.
