RUR5bn in exchange bonds of JFC Group registered on MICEX

Two exchange bond issues of JFC Group have been admitted for trading during placement, the MICEX said in a statement. The issues amounting to RUR5bn were assigned identification numbers 4B02–01-10255-J and 4B02–02-10255-J on 16.05.2011. Earlier the board of directors of JFC Group approved Series BO-01 and BO-02 exchange bonds totalling RUR5bn. The issues mature in 3 years. The company plans to sell 2 million Series BO-01 bonds and 3 million Series BO-02 bonds. Par value per bond is RUR1,000. |
