Matrix Finance defaults on Series 03 bonds

On November 25 Matrix Finance failed to pay accrued interest and a part of principal on Series 03 bonds. The missed coupon payment amounts to RUR12.144m while the unpaid installment of principal is RUR9.505m. the payment totalling RUR21.65m was not made due to the tough situation in the Russian financial market negatively impacting the issuer’s business.
