Zhitomir Butter Plant poised to issue bonds

Shareholders of one of largest ice-cream producers in Ukraine Zhitomir Butter Plant have approved a UAH 75m bond issuance at the shareholder meeting held on August 11, according to the company’s announcement. The issue will be placed through private offering. Par value per bond is UAH 1,000. The proceeds will be used for the company’s working capital and for boosting sales and getting additional profit.
