Demand for bonds of Sakhatransneftegaz reaches RUR 3.18bn

Demand for bonds of Sakhatransneftegaz has reached RUR 3.18bn. Series 02 bonds of Sakhatransneftegaz were placed on the MICEX through public offering. The RUR2.5bn issue maturing in 3 years was sold in full. The first coupon was set at 12.2%. Investors submitted over 40 bids worth RUR 3,188,630,000. Coupon rates suggested in bids did not exceed 12.5%.35 bids were accepted. Sviaz-Bank and RIK-Finance arranged the issue.
The syndicate on the issue included the following names:
Underwriters: Rusnarbank, Pervobank;
Co-underwriters: Metcombank, Gazbank, IFC Solid, Ural FD, Accept Bank, Novicambank, Russ-Invest, Russ-Bank.
The issue was registered with the FFMS on July 6, 2010 under state registration number 4-02-65075-D. The proceeds will be used for refinancing short-term liabilities and development of Otradninskoe gas fields.
