Bondholders of Series A-C bonds of Galichina to be offered new 3-year bond issue paying 18%

Bondholders of Series A-C bonds of Galichina will be offered a new 3-year bond issue paying 18%, according to Larisa Primenko, Director for Corporate Finance of Arta Investment Partners. Series A-C bond issues total UAH45m. Bondholders will be offered a new Series D issue worth UAH45m yielding 18%. The issue prospectus is being registered with the State Securities and Stock Market Committee. The bonds will have the following coupons: 15% for year 1 and 21.53% for years 2 and 3. Yield to maturity is 18%. 75% of bondholders agreed to debt restructuring
