Sibirtelecom is preparing 5 exchange bond issues totalling RUR8bn. The board of directors approved bond issuance on May 26. The company plans to sell Series BО-04, BО-05, BО-06, BО-07, BО-08. New issues will have a more flexible structure compared to the previous ones allowing to take into account volatile market conditions. The proceeds will be used for investment programmes and refinancing outstanding debt. The placement date will be set by the supervisory board additionally when the information on the bond issues is disclosed on the MICEX. TransCreditBank is the arranger of the issue. Series BO-04 – BO-06 bond issue amount to RUR2bn each while Series BO-07 and BO-08 issues amount to RUR1bn each. Par value per bond is RUR1,000. The issues will be placed through public offering. Each issue has a 3-year tenor.
