Moody's withdraws Stirol's ratings

London, 05 May 2009 -- Moody's Investors Service has today withdrawn the
B3 corporate family and other associated ratings assigned to OJSC Concern
Stirol ("Stirol"). Stirol does not have any outstanding debt rated by
Moody's. Moody's has withdrawn Stirol's ratings for business reasons.

The last rating action on Stirol was on 23 May 2008, when Moody's changed
the outlook for the B3 CFR to stable from negative.
