The 3rd bond issue of ZAO CA of Domodedovo Airport (previously East Line Handling) has been declared not held, according to the company’s announcement. The issuer registered Series 03 bonds on 06.03.2008. The issue worth RUR3bn was supposed to be placed through public offering.
