Iskrasoft pays coupon on Series 02 bonds in full

ZAO Iskrasoft has paid coupon on Series 02 bonds in full, the issuer reported. The payment amounted to RUR18.672m. The issuer didn’t make the coupon payment and failed to exercise a put option on March 3. The company approached bondholders with a debt restructuring offer suggesting the following scheme: 5% - in March and August 2009, 10% - in December 2009 and August 2010, 15% - in December 2010 and August 2011, 20% - in December 2011 and August 2012.
