MD Group places Series C bonds ahead of schedule

OOO MD Group (Kyiv), one of the largest Ukrainian metal traders affiliated with OAO Zaporozhstal placed Series C bonds ahead of schedule on February 2, as reported by Interfax-Ukraine. The issue worth UAH50m was scheduled for placement from March 3, 2008 till March 1, 2009. Bonds are guaranteed by OOO MD Group Dnepropetrovsk and OOO MD Group Kremenchug. Bonds pay 14% for coupon periods 1-6. The issue has a put option after the 6th coupon period. The issue is to be redeemed from February 28 till March 1, 2011.
