RIGroup fails to make coupon payment

OOO RIGroup didn’t make a coupon payment on the 2nd bond issue yesterday, as confirmed by RIGroup-Finance, the arranger of the issue. The payment amounts to RUR 112,185,000. The issuer didn’t comment on the situation. The issuer placed the 2nd issue worth RUR1.5bn in July 2008 at 15%. RIGroup already had a technical default on debut bonds failing to exercise a put option on its debut bond issue on December 30, 2008.
