Astarta-Centre to issue Series E-G bonds totalling UAH 22.6m

OAO Astarta-Centre (Kyiv) plans to issue Series E-G bonds totalling UAH 22.655m. The decision to issue bonds was made by the supervisory board on September 25, 2008.

The company will issue 187,244 bonds of Series E and 41,688 bonds of Series F with a par value of UAH 74.67. Series G will comprise 148,128 bonds at UAH 36.57 par per piece.

The proceeds will be used for construction purposes. Bondholders will have a right to a flat, non-residential premises or a car stall their area depending on the number of bonds held.
