VTB bank Ukraine to issue Series A and B bonds totalling UAH500m

VTB bank Ukraine (Kiev) to issue Series A and B bonds totalling UAH500m, according to the decision made on September 25, 2008. The issue will be placed via OOO Investment Capital Ukraine as underwriter. Series A bonds will be placed from November 10, 2008 till November 5, 2009. Series B bonds will be place on January 19, 2009 through January 14, 2010. The Series A issue comprises 250,000 bonds at UAH1,000 par per bond. The Series B issue also counts 250,000 bonds at UAH1,000 par per bond. Series A bonds will yield 16.5% for coupon periods 1-2 (quarterly coupons). The issue matures on November 9-11, 2009. Series B bonds will yield 16.5% for coupon periods 1-4 (semi-annual coupons). The issue matures on January 17-19, 2011.
