Troyanda to issue Series E-H bonds totalling UAH127m

Troyanda (Kiev) will issue Series E-H bonds totalling UAH127.055m. This decision was upheld at the shareholders’ meeting held on April 4, 2008. The issues will be placed by the borrower itself from September 15 till November 15, 2008. Series E issue comprises 1,115,000 bonds, Series F issue comprises 456,450 bonds, Series G totals 396,950 bonds; face value per bond is UAH58.5. Series Н issue amounts to 312,240 bonds with a par value of UAH55.55. All the issues will be redeemed from December 2, 2009 till April 30, 2010. The proceeds will be used for construction of a residential complex in Kiev. Bondholders will have a right to a flat, the total area thereof depending on the amount of acquired bonds.
