Implozia-Finance to issue 02-series bonds totalling RUR1bn

OOO Implozia-Finance has upheld a decision to issue 02-series bonds totalling RUR1bn. The bonds maturing in 3 years carry 6 coupons. The issue will be placed through public offering at par (RUR1,000 per bond).

The issuer has to redeem its debut issue worth RUR300m on July 30.
