Swedbank to raise $70m syndicated loan in June

Swedbank (Kyiv) intends to raise a syndicated loan of about $70m in June, according to Sergey Tigipko, head of the Board. “We are now holding talks and we expect to get about $70m in June”, Sergey Tigipko said.
Swedbank raised a $65m syndicated loan arranged by BayernLB in April 2008. The facility was split into two tranches: a 2-year $31m tranche paying Libor+1.7% and a one year $34m tranche paying Libor+0.85%.
