Troyanda to issue A-D series bonds totalling UAH 129m

OAO Agrarian firm Troyanda will issue A-D series bonds totalling UAH 129m. This decision was upheld at the shareholders’ meeting on November 7, 2007, according to the issue prospectus. The bonds will be placed by the company itself from February 18, 2008 till February 4, 2009. The bonds are guaranteed by OOO Finintermit (Kyiv). The bonds have a par value of UAH55.55. The A-series contains 1,112,000 bonds; the B-series comprises 391,060 bonds; the C-series includes 364,010 bonds; the D-series consists of 456,450 bonds. The A-series will be redeemed from November 3, 2009 till April 30, 2010. The B, C, and D-series will be redeemed from December 2, 2009 till April 30, 2010. The proceeds will be used for construction purposes. Bond holders have a possessory right to a flat depending on the number of bonds they hold.
