Swedbank to issue D-series bonds worth UAH 250m

Swedbank directors came to a decision on issuing D-series bonds worth UAH 250m on December 19. The bonds will be issued in physical certificated form, face value per bond is UAH 1,000. The placement starts on May 15, 2008 and ends on July 15, 2008. The proceeds will be used for increasing the bank’s loan and investment portfolio.
