FFMS registered the 3-series bond by ATsBK-Invest worth RUR1.5 bln

The press-center of the Federal Financial Markets Service (FFMS) informs that on March 28 the Service registered the 3-series bearer bond issue by OOO ATsBK-Invest (Novodvinsk) worth RUR2 bln to be placed in public offering. Based on the issue resolution, the terms are as follows: Amount of bonds in the issue: 1.5mln Face value per bond: RUR1,000 Issue size (at par): RUR1.5 bln Issue registration number: 4-03-36039-R.
