Central Telegraph to place the bonds in April

Central Telegraph will start to place the third series of bonds in the volume of 700mln rub. Apr. 5, the company informed. The bonds are of the 3-year maturity. The first issue was placed in Aug. 2003 at 16% ann. of the coupon yield. In Oct. 2005 the bonds worth 200mln rub. were placed through close offering.
