Transnefteproduct to attract loan facility from Vneshtorgbank

Transnefteproduct intends to attract the loan facility from Vneshtorgbank. Such resolution was passed at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on February 17, 2006. The details of the transaction are not disclosed. Last year Transnefteproduct planned to obtain loan in the amount of US$600 million to fund "Sever" Project. The Project envisages the transportation of diesel oil produced at domestic refineries for the export via terminal in Primorsk.
