Donbass Sells $150M Notes

The Industrial Union of Donbass, a Ukrainian steel holding company, sold $150 million in five-year, loan-protected notes at a yield of 9.25 percent, manager Renaissance Capital said Friday.

The notes have a two-year put option and the money will be used for development projects, said Alexei Sizov, head of the Moscow-based brokerage's debt product group.
