STLC plans to issue 7-year Eurobonds in dollars

STLC plans to issue 7-year Eurobonds in dollars. Investor calls on the possible placement supposed to start today. Subject to market conditions, STLC can issue 7-year bonds. Bookrunners are Gazprombank, J.P. Morgan, Renaissance Capital, Sovcombank and VTB Capital. At the same time, the company intends to buy back its 5.95% 19jul2021 Eurobonds for up to $150 million.
