Eurobonds of Armenia and Azerbaijan keep rising

Earlier, we wrote about the dynamics of bonds of Armenia and Azerbaijan amid the conflict. Recently, the countries started negotiations on a ceasefire; the agreement was supposed to enter into force on October 10, but it didn't happen. However, Armenia and Azerbaijan have not announced their withdrawal from the agreement.  

Despite the news, the countries' sovereign bonds continue to demonstrate positive dynamics:  

Azerbaijan's 4.75% 18mar2024 has been rising for two weeks: it moved on Frankfurt S.E. from 105,1775% on September 30 to 107,2225% today. 

- Armenia’s 7.15% 26mar2025 bond on Berlin Exchange last showed a decline on October 8 (110.88%): today it has grown to 111,0775% from 110,925% Friday's close.
