ACRA revised outlook on Tver region to positive and affirmed at "BBB+(RU)" (ACRA national rating scale for the Russian Federation) credit rating

ACRA affirmed the "BBB+(RU)" ACRA national rating scale for the Russian Federation credit rating of Tver region on May 28, 2019. At the same time the rating agency revised outlook to positive from stable.
