Moody's Investors Service revised outlook on VimpelCom to positive and affirmed at "Ba2" (LT- local currency) credit rating

Moody's Investors Service affirmed the "Ba2" LT- local currency credit rating of VimpelCom on April 17, 2019. At the same time the rating agency revised outlook to positive from stable.
