Moody's Investors Service revised outlook on Montenegro to positive and affirmed at "B1" (LT- foreign currency) credit rating

Moody's Investors Service affirmed the "B1" LT- foreign currency credit rating of Montenegro on September 21, 2018. At the same time the rating agency revised outlook to positive from stable.
