Siberian Anthracite is one of the leading miners of Ultra High Grade (UHG) anthracite, with a long experience of independent exploration and development of coal deposits. The company mines, washes, and markets anthracite coal from deposits in the West-Siberian region of Russia. Total reserves of the company exceed 351 million tonnes of UHG anthracite as of April 1, 2013 (according to JORC standards). Key manufacturing facilities are located in Iskitimsky District, Novosibirsk Region. Anthracite is extracted across Gorlovsky coal basin deposits. The companys facilities include five open-cast mines, two washing plants and a modern fleet of vehicles and equipment. Siberian Anthracite is the largest coal company in Novosibirsk Region, providing more than 2,400 jobs. Siberian Anthracite supplies its products to more than 50 companies in Russia and abroad: to the European Union states, China, Japan, South Korea, India, and Brazil. |
