Status

Status is an indicator of a investment fund/ETF "life cycle" stage. It could be the next: the formation of the fund has not begun, the formation is in progress, the fund has been formed, the fund has entered the termination stage, the fund has been liquidated. As a rule, the emergence of a fund is considered to be its registration with the authorities responsible for country’s regulatory policy in the field of collective investments, the formation occurs until the fund accumulates the declared capital to be invested in assets. After the end of the fund and until its liquidation by decision of shareholders, the regulator, or due to the expiration of the license, the fund can invest, attract extra funds from new shareholders, be traded on the stock exchange (for exchange-traded funds).
