Moreover, depositories are allowed to take functions of a supervisor of investment funds providers’ performance within the state regulatory framework. In particular, it means the control function on fund’s transactions, also on calculating the net asset value and the estimated value of share in cases of non-exchange-traded funds, the number of shares issued and the redemption reward towards a shareholder.
