Market price (3)
The procedure for calculating the market price of securities, estimated securities price and the limit for price fluctuations for the purposes of Chapter 23 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation approved by Ruling No. 10 65/pz-n of the FFMS dd 09 November 2010.
The end-of-day market price (3) calculation is calculated in the following way:
- the market price (3) is defined based on results of the trading day;
- transactions carried out in the main trading modes and the Odd Lot trading mode are included in calculation;
- in case there are 10 or more transactions with the security during the trading day the market price is calculated as a weighted average price of transactions concluded during the trading day provided their total amount was not below RUB 500,000;
- in case there are fewer than 10 transactions with the security during the trading day (including no transactions) the market price is calculated as a weighted average price of 10 latest transactions with the security concluded during the last 90 trading days provided their total amount was not below RUB 500,000;
- if the total amount of 10 latest transactions (in case of fewer that 10 transactions during the day) carried out during the last 90 trading days is below RUB 500,000 or the amount of transactions carried out during the day (in case of 10 or more transactions during the day) is below RUB 500,000 the market price is calculated as a weighted average price of the security based on the number of transactions over the last 90 trading days where the total amount is RUB 500, 000 or more;
- if there were fewer that 10 transactions over the last 90 trading days (including no transactions) or the total amount of transactions over this period is below RUB 500,000 the market price is not calculated;
Therefore, the market price (3) IS NOT CALCULATED in the following cases:
- there were fewer than 10 transactions over the last 90 trading days (including no transactions);
- the total amount of transactions over last 90 trading days is below RUB 500,000.
