The company was established on June 1, 2017, under the name of PE "Build-Trust". On July 19, 2017, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus (order No. 228) issued a special permit (license) No. 02200/6236-12-1163 to our company to carry out professional and exchange activities in securities.

On December 28, 2017, the Private Enterprise "Build-Trust" was accepted as a member of the Stock Market Section of the JSC "Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange".

On March 25, 2020, the company was reorganized into ASER Capital LLC. Thanks to the introduction of new approaches to investment, we have attracted strategically important partners. The result of our work was the emergence of the investment platform finup.To further promote our site, a decision was made to reorganize, and on July 1, 2020, the company was transformed into Finap24 LLC under the same color as finup. By December 31, 2021, the company entered the top 5 depositories in terms of the number of bond issuers and is one of the market leaders in terms of working with corporate bonds.
