DANS Group is an India based Hydro Power developer with a capacity of circa. 200 MW under various stages of development. DANS was established in 2005 with a vision to implement high-quality renewable energy projects that would bring many benefits including local community development apart from providing much-needed power. It is committed to develop and encourage clean energy to all and is presently focusing on hydro power projects in India. The DANS group is headquartered in Gurgaon, India with current projects under execution in the state of Sikkim, India. The Group is developing two (2) Hydro Power projects , Jorethang Loop HEP (96MW) by Dans Energy Pvt. Lts. (SPV) and Tashiding HEP (97MW) by Shiga Energy Pvt. Ltd (SPV), both in the state of Sikkim. The Group is based on the belief that Indias power development and growth can be achieved with a high share of sustainable energy.
