Cemex Materials LLC produces and supplies concrete pipe, box, and other pipe products in the United States. Its products include box culverts, manholes and inlets, microtunneling (jacking) pipes, non-reinforced concrete pipes, reinforced concrete pipes, specialty fittings and accessories, and storm water treatment systems. Cemex Materials LLC was formerly known as Rinker Materials Corporation and changed its name to Cemex Materials LLC in August 2008. The company was founded in 1926 and is based in West Palm Beach, Florida. It has locations in California, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Delaware, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. As of December 31, 2007, Cemex Materials LLC operates as a subsidiary of Holcim (Australia) Holdings Pty Ltd.
