Science City (Guangzhou) Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. (formerly Zhongkai Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. and previously part-owned by Zhongkai Investment Co., Ltd. and China Financial Leasing Co., Ltd., commenced operation in November 2017) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Science City (Guangzhou) Investment Group following the shareholding change of December 2025, with the Guangzhou Development District Management Committee as its actual controller and registered capital of 1.8 billion yuan. The company is a pivotal state-owned financial leasing firm in the Guangzhou Development District engaged in sale-leaseback and direct-leasing services with over ninety-nine percent of income derived from leasing interest, focused on smart manufacturing, transportation, livelihood and infrastructure, construction and business services, biomedicine, new energy and new materials, and next-generation information technology across the Guangzhou-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
