Ukrspetsexport

Special and military equipment in Ukraine is produced by about 1.5 thousand companies, and its exporter is the State Corporation "Ukrspetsexport" and 5 of its subsidiaries: "Ukroboronservice", "Ukrinmash", "Progress", "Spetstechnoexport" and "Promoboronexport". Since its inception, Ukrspetsexport Group of Companies has established export-import supplies of military and special equipment, weapons and services to more than 30 countries of the world, and the volume of supplies is growing every year. According to the press service of the company for 9 months of 2003, the volume of trade and intermediary activities of the company in the export and import of arms and services approached the $ 2 billion mark. According to the Stockholm Institute for Peace Research, Ukraine has been consistently among the six world leaders in terms of supply of products and services for military and special purposes.
