Sparebank 1 Notteroy - Tonsberg (the Bank), formerly known as Nottero Sparebank, is a Norway-based regional bank engaged in the provision of financial services to private and corporate customers mainly in Notteroy and Tonsberg, Norway. The Bank is active within such areas, as finance, savings and investments, insurance, payments and real estate, and its offering encompasses such products, as savings accounts, loans, payment handling solutions, card services and insurance, among others. As of December 31, 2011, the Bank had one affiliate, namely Z-Eiendom AS. The Bank is a member of SpareBank 1 Alliansen, a group of Norwegian banks distributing SpareBank 1 Gruppen’s products and collaborating in areas, such as brands, work processes, information technology (IT) operations and system development.
