LLC MMZ is a manufacturer and supplier of dairy products in the social nutrition segment. At its own facilities, the plant produces yoghurts of various degrees of fat content based on whole milk powder in accordance with GOST. In addition, the plant purchases cottage cheese, butter and sour-milk products from third-party producers for resale to social catering plants. In 2024, the plant carries out active investment activities to organize production of its own dairy products on the basis of raw milk, which will make it possible to start selling cottage cheese and butter of own production by the end of the year. In 2023, the business was reorganized by joining an affiliated company "78 Trust of Canteens" to the plant, which allowed to optimize the business structure.
