Bozankaya

Bozankaya, founded in 1989 in Germany, expanded to Turkey in 2003, emerging as a prominent domestic brand with a focus on research and development. Initially starting with 20 employees, it has since grown to around 1,000 employees, boasting nearly 100 R&D engineers. The company holds intellectual property rights to its vehicle and technology designs, notably producing Turkey's first fully electric bus. With a new production center inaugurated in 2018, Bozankaya specializes in manufacturing rail system vehicles and electric commercial vehicles, emphasizing innovation and environmental sustainability in urban public transport solutions. Recognized for its contributions to Turkey's railway industry, Bozankaya introduced the country's first 100% low-floor bogie and became the first Turkish company to export metro trains, marking significant milestones in the sector's development.
