Kardemir Karabuk Demir

KARDEMIR Inc. on 17/02/1995 by the enterprising committee of the organization mentioned above has been completed and the Privatization High Council Decision No. 95/30 and 03/29/1995 date and additional decisions by the Statute of the Corporation converted Karabuk Iron and Steel Factories, transfer was foreseen to KARDEMIR INC. With the Prime Ministry Privatization Administration and KARDEMIR INC. the conditions of the contract signed by the Enterprising Committee dated 30.03.1995 is tied to the provision of the transfer, and thus, Karabuk iron and steel factories' all shares were transferred at a symbolic price, 1 - TL, to KARDEMIR INC. Thus, the plant is believed that the new investments will be alive and all the people of Karabuk, launched a privatization model succesfully. Each year, according to data released by the Istanbul Chamber of Industry, situated among the top 50 industrial enterprises in our country, culture and corporate identity with today's KARDEMIR that have drastic growth and development of the industry continues.
