Levare International Limited (formerly Borets International Limited) is a sub-holding for the international business of the industrial group "Borets", specializing in the development, production and maintenance of equipment for oil production and is a world leader in the production of electric centrifugal pumps (ECP), producing 12 thousand ECP annually, occupying 10% of the world market. More than 9,000 employees are employed in the development, production and maintenance of oilfield equipment, operating in 15 countries around the world, where the group's main customers are the leading Russian and international oil production operators.

In November 2022, there were changes in the structure of the "Wrestler" group. So, if at the beginning of the year the consolidating company of the group was Borets International Limited, then by November of this year this company became a subholding for the Company's international business, and the Russian segment was transferred to another subholding company - Borets Holding Company Ltd. Tangent Pump Company Holdings Ltd became the general consolidating company of the Group.

The Borets Group continues the production history and traditions of the Moscow plant "Borets" (before that - Gustav List's Butyrsky Machine-Building Plant), founded in 1897 and producing large steam and drive pumps. The production complex of the Borets Group includes LeMaZ LLC (specializing in the development and manufacture of centrifugal pumps for pumping petroleum products), Oskolneftemash LLC (production of stages of complex spatial geometry for high-flow ECPs), Lysvaneftemash LLC (production of submersible electric motors and hydraulic protection), Kurgan-Cable LLC (production of high-temperature power cables for power supply of electric submersible installations), LLC "Borets-NEO" (production of control stations and telemetry systems). The group's service divisions are located in Russia, Serbia, USA, Canada, Venezuela, Colombia, Brazil, Egypt, Oman, Kuwait, Congo, Kazakhstan.

Borets International was established in 1999 and was initially registered in the Seychelles. In 2008, the company changed its registration to the British Virgin Islands, and in 2014 to the Dubai International Financial Center (Dubai, UAE).
