LLC SFO Alkor is a specialized company established in accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Federal Law No. 14-FZ "On Limited Liability Companies" dated 08.02.1998, Federal Law No. 39-FZ dated April 22, 1996 and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation.
The exclusive goals of the organization are:
- purchase of securities, monetary claims under loan agreements and loan agreements, conclusion of contracts that are derivative financial instruments, purchase of precious metals, provision of loans, conclusion of risk insurance contracts.
The subject of the organization's activities are:
- issuance of structural bonds secured by a pledge of monetary claims and (or) other property in accordance with the Law on the Securities Market;
- fulfillment of obligations under structural bonds secured by a pledge of monetary claims and (or) other property issued by the Company;
- servicing monetary claims and (or) other property related to the acquired monetary claims, including obtaining execution from debtors on monetary claims;
- attraction of loans (including subordinated loans) from legal entities in order to ensure the implementation of the subject of the company's activities.
