Vladislav Feliksovich Filev is a Russian entrepreneur, owner of S7 AirSpace Corporation. Born on August 31, 1963 in a military family in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. Graduated from the Military Engineering Red Banner Institute named after A. F. Mozhaisky. In 1985-1993 he served in the Strategic Missile Forces as a military engineer. In 1992, he was involved in a car accident, as a result of which he was forced to resign from the Russian Armed Forces. From 1993 to 1996, he worked as Deputy Director for Economics of the Metalist CJSC plant (Novosibirsk). In April 1996, he headed the Board of Directors of the investment company Eurofinances-Novosibirsk. In October 1996, he became Deputy Director of JSC Boguchangesstroy for financial issues, then - for long-term development and planning. In December 1997, he was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of Siberia Airlines as a representative of Rusinprom-Invest, in March 1998 he became CEO of Siberia Airlines. From June to August 1999, he concurrently worked as the general director of Vnukovo Airlines. On May 12, 2009, he was appointed General Director of S7 Group of Companies CJSC. He was married to Natalia Fileva (1963-2019), who was Chairman of the Board of Directors of S7 Group of Companies CJSC.
