Enrique Anselmo Klar Razon Jr.

Enrique Anselmo Klar Razon Jr. is a Filipino billionaire, chairman and CEO of Manila-based International Container Terminal Services, Inc. (ICTSI), a Filipino port processing giant. He is also the chairman of Bloomberry Resorts Corp., the developer of Solaire Resort and Casino, a $1.2 billion integrated resort complex in the Philippine entertainment city, and Manila Water, a private concessionaire of Metropolitan Water and sewer systems that serve more than 7 million people in the Eastern Metro Area of Manila and in Rizal Province. Razon's grandfather started the business from a port in Manila in 1916, which his father rebuilt after World War II. Enrique Anselmo Klar Razon Jr. has expanded his business worldwide. The crown jewel of his hospitality firm Bloomberry Resorts is the Solaire Resort and Casino in the Philippines.
