Intercapital was started in 2001 by Mr. Nicolay Mayster . In 2003 ICM obtained a license for investment brokerage services in Bulgaria and abroad from the Bulgarian Financial Supervision Commission. We are members of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange - Sofia and the Warsaw Stock Exchange. In Bulgaria we are also a clearing member of the Central Securities Depository. We also have a growing network of counterparties and trading partners. With more than a decade in operations behind us, we have developed a strong expertise in our main businesses. We trade as agents in financial instruments, delivering trade execution services across a range of geographical locations, asset classes and venues. We provide personalised investment and financial advice to corporate and individual clients.
