Mane Capital is an investment banking boutique, specialized in the structuring and execution of Equity and Debt Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) transactions for both private and publically-listed companies. Our goal is to become the premier investment banking practice in Bulgaria. We advise Bulgarian companies who need access to growth capital through restructuring and full financial engineering of Debt and Equity solutions, as well as possible expansion or sale of business through M&A.
