Open Joint Stock Company "Kharkiv Machine Building Plant "SVET SHAKHTYORA" is one of the oldest machine building plants specialized in production of face flight conveyers, loaders and cap lamps to individual orders of mines with consideration of mining and geological condition of operation. In 2005 the Plant celebrated its 114 anniversary. One of the first in the coal industry, in 1994 the plant was transformed to a realjoint-stock company by means of privatization of property of a state-owned enterprise "SVET SHAKHTYORA "Plant. In addition to conveyers, the Plant manufactures hydraulic couplings, spare parts for mining equipment, explosion-proof cap lamps and consumers' goods. The main advantage of our products consists in a high reliability tested by time. The quantities of the manufactured products fully meet the demands of coal-producing companies of Ukraine. The Plant also performs export supplies of equipment to Russia, Belarus, Iran, India, Estonia, China. Due to its scientific and production potential, the Plant is continuously renewing the range of the manufactured products, improving their design, mastering principally new models of flight conveyers to complete the state-of-the-art efficient coal-producing mechanized complexes.
